Susy Martins is Founder and CEO of Advise2Rise, a boutique HR consulting firm offering fractional Chief People Officer services, HR advisory, and executive coaching. She has more than 20 years of experience as an international business executive and Chief People Officer, having led teams in more than 20 countries across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.

From Corporate HR to Fractional Advisory

Before founding Advise2Rise, Susy held senior HR and operations leadership roles at Clearco, ApplyBoard, Allianz Partners, Manulife, and General Electric, managing multi-million dollar budgets and thousands of employees across tech unicorns, global industrial businesses, and financial services firms. She built top-rated onboarding programs and HR operating models along the way. She has delivered multiple DisruptHR talks in Kitchener-Waterloo, including "Manager in the Middle" and "Modern Measurements of Team Success," and is a board member of TalentLift Canada and a founding member of the HR Expert Council.
