Closing the AI Trust Gap Without Compromising Compliance
Susan has spearheaded the development of Mitratech's proprietary HR Compliance custom GPTs, used in research, writing, and service delivery to more than 1.5 million customers. In a 2023 study, her team asked ChatGPT a range of HR compliance questions and had HR professionals and an attorney grade the answers; the results were too often inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading in ways that could cost a business relying on the tool alone. Her core argument is that "for all its technical promise, AI will always need an emotionally intelligent human to power it," which is why she believes HR is uniquely positioned to lead responsible AI transformation rather than resist it.
