Shruti Choubey

Shruti Choubey is a Fractional Chief People Officer with more than eight years of experience owning the full HR employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding through employee engagement, compensation, HR operations, and separation. She holds GPHR and SHRM-CP certifications, alongside an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
