Sarika Lamont is Chief People and AI Enablement Officer at TechnoMile, a government contracting software firm, a role she took on in mid-2026 leading global people strategy alongside enterprise AI enablement initiatives. She joined from Vidyard, the video platform company, where she served as Chief People Officer leading culture, performance, and AI enablement work. Before Vidyard, she was Chief Talent Officer at EverCommerce, where she built a global talent management architecture and helped integrate more than 55 acquired companies into one unified people function following the company's IPO.
Treating HR Tech Change as Cultural, Not Just Technical
