Nicole Long is Associate Vice Chancellor of Classification and Compensation for the University System of Georgia, where she leads pay structure and job classification strategy across the state's public colleges and universities. She holds the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), TRLC (Total Rewards Leadership Certification), and SHRM-SCP credentials.
Building Equitable Pay Structures in the Public Sector
Nicole brings her total rewards expertise from both government and non-profit settings, having previously served as Director of Human Resources and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Georgia state agencies. She is also the founder of Longview People Strategies, LLC, through which she consults on HR and total rewards strategy outside her role at USG.
