Making the Implicit Explicit
Laura describes her team's core role at JetBlue simply: making the implicit explicit. Whether designing leadership programs, advising on organizational structure, or supporting the adoption of change, she believes raising awareness of what's just under the surface, unstated assumptions, informal power structures, unspoken norms, helps leaders make more informed and intentional decisions and reduces unintended consequences down the line. She's built her team's practice around embodying and driving growth mindset and inclusive behaviors as a natural extension of building great leaders and organizations, rather than treating those as separate initiatives.
