Kristy Jones is Vice President of Employee Success at Achievers, where she leads a global team of business partners focused on scaling the employee experience function and driving retention and engagement. She also serves as an advisor for the Achievers Workforce Institute (AWI), helping translate its research on recognition, belonging, and engagement into practical strategies for both Achievers' internal leaders and its customers.

Turning Recognition Research Into Retention Strategy

Before Achievers, Kristy led HR for the Commercial functions of Philip Morris International in Canada, where she drove the organization's transformation into a more consumer-centric culture and delivered new onboarding, inclusion, and talent management programs. She spent seven years before that on the senior HR team at BIC Canada, progressing from HR Specialist to HR Manager, and earlier gained manufacturing and distribution HR experience at TE Connectivity and Mars Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in HR Management from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), along with CHRL and sHRBP certifications, and regularly delivers webinars helping organizations apply evidence-based recognition and feedback practices.
