Human experience strategy that builds open, equitable, and inclusive cultures

KeyAnna is known for navigating complex structures to grow relationships and opportunities, connecting key stakeholders, and assessing organizational readiness so that conversations about DEI and people processes happen at the right level for every audience. Above all, she challenges and equips leaders to move from careful conversations to thoughtful ones.

Her work connects directly to what people leaders care about most. She leads every lever of the employee experience, from rewards to culture to organizational design, under one strategy. That lens makes her a natural fit for leaders working on culture, performance, and retention at the same time.

KeyAnna received the Diversity Journal’s Diversity Leader Award for her work creating an open, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. She was named to Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list and recognized as a DEI Trailblazer by Business Insider in 2021. She holds an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Organizational Learning and Development from Suffolk University, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Fitchburg State University. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband, two boys, and a growing menagerie of pets.
