Kamaria Scott

Kamaria Scott is Founder and I/O Psychologist at Enetic, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations close performance gaps by equipping managers to lead high-performing, human-centered teams. She has spent two decades in the space, including senior leadership roles at Accenture, FIS, and BNY Mellon, where she led cultural change initiatives and built leadership capabilities.

Kamaria created the Manager Momentum Operating System, a framework built around four loops: diagnose, enable, nudge, and reinforce, designed to turn manager training into behavior that actually sticks. Her work centers on three high-impact manager behaviors, clarity, cadence, and coaching, and on treating manager development as an operating design challenge rather than a one-off training event. She is also the host of the Manager to Manager podcast and serves on the advisory board of Capella University's College of Business, Technology, and Healthcare Administration.
