Hope Knowles

Hope Knowles is Director of Learning Development at Priority, where she oversees all learning and development teams and employee training initiatives globally. She has spent more than 20 years in L&D and holds the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) credential.

Building Priority's L&D Function From the Ground Up

Hope started her career as a relationship manager and onboarding manager, training independent sales offices, before moving into a formal learning and development role and building Priority's L&D department herself. Today her team spans multiple time zones, and she is currently leading an effort to revamp onboarding for a more agile learner experience and to move Priority toward a skills-based training model, mapping skills to roles and career paths. She has also begun expanding her focus to include training initiatives for people outside the company.
