Dor Nachshoni
Dor Nachshoni is CEO and Co-Founder of Juno Journey, an AI-based learning and development operations platform he founded in 2018 (alongside CTO Ofer Ben Attar, VP R&D Yehonatan Korach, and COO Jeremie Israel) that has raised more than $24 million from investors including Insight Partners. Before Juno, he served as a Major in the Israel Defense Forces and as a research fellow at Zvi Meitar Institute for Innovation and Technology.
Access to AI Isn't the Same as Readiness for It
Dor's sharpest current argument is that giving every employee an AI license won't automatically make an organization more productive or future-ready, because access is technical while readiness is organizational. Without a map connecting AI to real business priorities, roles, skills, workflows, and measurable targets, he argues nothing meaningful actually changes, no matter how many people start experimenting with new tools. At Juno itself, he describes AI as an extension of the team rather than just a tool, embedded directly into the product, workflows, and thinking, with the goal of giving talented people the means to move faster and have more impact rather than replacing them. His product philosophy connects four pillars every employee should move through: onboarding, training, development, and retention, treated as one continuous journey rather than four disconnected systems.
