Diane Sadowski-Joseph
Diane Sadowski-Joseph is Co-Founder and Head of Product at Clarinet (formerly ApplyAI), where she helps organizations build practical AI fluency and adoption strategy. A 20-plus year organizational transformation and learning leader, she has trained more than 100,000 professionals and partnered with dozens of companies on how they actually roll out AI, not just pilot it.
Turning AI Curiosity Into Execution
Before Clarinet, Diane was employee number eight and led product for LifeLabs Learning, where she helped scale the leadership training company to a nine-figure exit, acquired by Atairos in 2023. At Clarinet, she now leads product for a team of AI, product, and learning specialists helping mid-market companies move past pilot-stage AI use. Her work draws on Clarinet's own State of AI in the People Function research, a survey of 208 HR and People leaders that found 70 percent had seen AI fall short somewhere, most often because of readiness and unclear ownership rather than the technology itself.
Topics Diane speaks on
- Turning AI pilots into org-wide adoption
- Where AI rollouts actually break down: ownership and readiness, not tech
- Building AI fluency and manager capability
- Human-AI collaboration and responsible implementation
- Change leadership for emerging technology
