Brad Federman is the founder of PerformancePoint LLC, a culture and leadership consulting firm he started in 2003 that has since worked with more than 700 organizations, including FedEx, Nike, Coca-Cola, Mayo Clinic, and Hilton. With more than 30 years of corporate experience, he helps organizations turn workplace culture into measurable performance, working across culture transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, and customer experience.

Brad built his consulting practice around frameworks leaders can put to use right away, including the Growth Matrix delegation model, the STIRS Leadership Model, and the Flywheel Engagement Process. He is the author of four books, most recently Never Delegate Again: Uncover the Secret to Growing Your Company, Your People and Yourself, which carries an introduction from executive coach Marshall Goldsmith.
