Why AI Might Be Quietly Rewarding Your Loudest Employees
Anju's sharpest current argument is that most reward and recognition systems were built to notice speed, volume, and measurable output, exactly what AI now produces in abundance, so organizations risk unintentionally rewarding output over genuine impact unless they audit their systems first. She's also pushed back on the "human in the loop" framing many organizations default to with AI, arguing HR needs to actively govern AI to solve concrete business problems rather than treating human oversight as a passive afterthought. On employee wellbeing, she frames burnout as fundamentally a work-design and change-design problem, not an individual resilience issue: unclear priorities, constant change, weak manager support, and poor recognition systems overload people long before individual coping skills become the real issue.
