Andreina Weichselbaumer

Andreina Weichselbaumer is Senior Director of Strategy and Culture at Radical Partners, a Miami-based social impact accelerator that has helped scale more than 180 leaders and organizations over the past decade. She oversees the firm's organizational culture and its consulting arm, helping teams and communities build inclusive, human-centered spaces for collaboration.

Culture and Strategy Rooted in Human-Centered Design

Andreina is a multilingual, intercultural leader with a background in cultural science research, human-centered design, and project management across local and global collaborations. She has grown with Radical Partners over several years, advancing from an early role on the team into her current senior leadership position. Before joining Radical Partners, she lived in Germany to earn her Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication and European Studies, and coordinated international social work projects supporting refugees in Germany and Greece, work that still shapes how she approaches conflict resolution and equitable access today.
